VANGELIS ANGELOU, ARIS’ NEW HEAD COACH

ARIS BSA announces the agreement with coach Vangelis Angelou, till the end of the season. This is going to be the third time that Vangelis Angelou will collaborate with ARIS as a coach. He was the assistant coach of Milan Minic during 2002-2003 season. The second one was from 2012 to December 2013, when he was the head coach of the Emperor. As a head coach he has also worked on A.G.E. Chalkidas (1996-2002), AEK Athens (2007-2008), Trikala (2008-2009), Anadolu Efes (2013-2014), Promitheas Patras (2016-2017). He has served as an assistant coach to Dusan Ivkocic three times: (Dynamo Moscow 2005-2007, Olympiacos 2010-2012, Anadolu Efes 2014-2016). Moreover, he was the assistant coach of Panagiotis Giannakis at Maroussi (2003-2005).
