During the B.S.A.’s shareholders conference, where were all the shareholders, decided:

1.     The new seven member-Board of directors approved by the shareholders. The new member-Board of directors consisted of: Yiannis Damianidis, Thanasis Kouimtzis, Lefteris Arvanitis, Sotiris Kioseloglou, Thodoris Kouroglou, Yiannis Rasoglou and Takis Georgoulis.

2.     Decided to increase share capital by the amount of 300,000 euros by paying cash.
