”We were surprisingly informed about the decision of Nikos Chatzivrettas, to move and succeed the forfeiture of guarantee bonds of ARIS B.S.A. The questions of this decision are more intense, because this has been taken during our negotiations with the player's representative about the money that are owed to him.

As a new administration of ARIS B.S.A., from the first moment we undertook our duties a month ago, we tried to assure Nikos Chatzivrettas and his lawyer representative as well, that we wanted to negotiate and find a fair solution for both sides. Although, as it was obvious, nor our state neither our good mood were appreciated.

As ARIS B.S.A. and personally as a President, request  from Nikos Chatzivrettas, even this last moment, to consider his decision with prudence and logic. Otherwise, we are determined to defend the interests of ARIS B.S.A. and of the thousand fans of the Club. ARIS didn't accept and will never accept such behaviours”.
