Held today (Tuesday, 13/07/10) the annual General Assembly of SARISA at the assembly room of Alexandrion Melathron.

First of all Mr. Petros Rasoglou made the annual review and after that followed discussion on the future of the Company and its cooperation with ARIS B.S.A. SARISA decided, as stated in its statute, to continue to support economically with all its forces ARIS B.S.A.

In return SARISA continue to reserve the right to make a purchase of shares of ARIS B.S.A. respective increases in the share capital. SARISA currently expects shareholders to already fulfill their promises to the ARIS B.S.A’s Board, to proceed to the equity of the amount already paid to the Fund’s of ARIS B.S.A.
