Head Coach: David Blatt

David Blatt was born on 22th May 1959 in Boston, U.S.A. and played basketball at Princeton University (1997-1981). After the 1981 Maccabiah Games, in which he won the gold medal as a U.S.A. team member, he began to play basketball in Israel, where he spent most of his playing career, with the exception of two years (1984-1986). He played for Maccabi Haifa (1981-1984), Hapoel Jerusalem (1986-1987), Maccabi Netanya (1987-1988), Elitzur Netanya (1988-1989), Hapoel Galil Elyon (1989-1990), Hapoel Jerusalem (1990-1991), Ironi Nahariya (1991-1992) and Maccabi Hederra (1992-1993).
